You can delete your DailyBeBetter account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the DailyBeBetter app: go to Settings → Delete my account. Because you are signed in, this runs immediately and end-to-end: it wipes your account data, removes your stored files, deletes your sign-in identity, and revokes the access we hold for any connected Apple or Google sign-in. No further step is needed.
If you cannot use the in-app option, you can request deletion here. Enter the email address on your account and submit the form — we will record your request.
We record your request and verify it before acting. A member of our team will verify that the request genuinely comes from you and then action the deletion. We will not delete an account on an unverified request — this protects your account from being deleted by someone else.
The in-app option above is immediate because you are already signed in. The web request form is verified by a person before any data is removed.

We keep one thing: a minimal record that a deletion was requested and carried out. We retain this as an audit trail so we can show the request was honored. It does not contain your coaching content. For full detail on what we store and for how long, see our Privacy Policy.
